This is a very easy hike that is best done in the early morning to escape the relentless heat and sun exposure. There is very little canopy coverage for most of the way so a lot of water, a hat, and sunscreen is a must.

Black Rock Bay, Tobago is a nice walk early in the morning or late afternoon. The sand is firm and easy to walk on. Plenty of parking along side the beach and small cafe / shop.
