Leisure cycling on a MTB.

Qatar Olympic Cycling Track is a 33-km track in pristine condition, completely secure, and fully illuminated at night, making it a very safe experience to ride at any time.

At 33 km, it holds the Guinness World Record for being the longest continuous cycle path and features 29 underpasses and five bridges to encourage non-stop riding away from the road.

The track offers a fantastic ambience and stunning landscapes along the way, making it not just a great training ground but also an enjoyable experience for anyone who loves cycling. One of the most remarkable features is that there’s absolutely no interference from cars—it’s a dedicated cycling track, which significantly enhances the safety and overall experience.

The track starts in Doha at Qatar University and extends all the way to Al-Khor, and if you do the entire round trip, it’s a total of 66 km.

No external Interference while cycling

It’s perfect for long-distance rides or serious training sessions. Throughout the route, you’ll also find bicycle counters, which is a great touch and adds to the excitement of the ride.

However, one important note is to come well-prepared. Make sure to carry enough water, snacks, and tools, including a spare tube or patches, in case of a flat tire.

Once you’re on the track, there are no shops, water stations, or facilities—it’s completely isolated. This adds to the challenge and makes preparation essential for a smooth ride.
