This is not usual loop through the pines and then into the forest.
The trail begins at the bottom of mount st Benedict goes straight to the top. The you take a left as if you were going to the village.
I took a wrong turn and used a fire trail to get back to the main trail.
The fire trail is clean but lacks a well defined footpath.
This hike is not for the inexperienced.
