Bus from Tung Chung to Shek Pik, hike up via West Dog's Teeth (西狗牙 Xi Kau Nga) to Lantau Peak (凤凰山 Fong Wong peak) (second highest peak in HK at 934 meters).
Hike down via the Wisdom Path, pass by the Big Buddha（大佛) before joining the Ngong Ping Rescue Trail down to Tung Chung Hau Wong Temple and then Tung Chung Station.
Easy to moderate hike. Easy because the trek is well marked and easy to walk. Half of the path has mini shades from trees.
Moderate because on the West Dog's Teeth path, few bouldering requires the use of hands. Nothing technical though.
